Breakfast Club-Clwb Brekwast – Everyone welcome!

​Come and join us for breakfast at 7.55am every Monday to Friday. A lovely relaxed atmosphere and an ideal start to the school day.

​The session is run by Mrs Louise Jones & Mrs Donovan

Cost:£2 which includes a funded Welsh Government breakfast of cereal, toast and a drink (milk/juice).

Free places for those who have registered for Free School Meals (access Universal Credit) – contact the office for more information

Charged through ParentPay. Sessions must be paid in advance. We reserve the right to charge an admin fee if we have to chase up debt.

After breakfast club foundation phase pupils are taken up to their class. Junior pupils make their way  to their entrance.

Please note, due to insurance purposes, children are parents responsibility until the Breakfast Club doors open at 7.55 am.

 

After School Club – Monday to Friday until 5.09 pm

In its own multi purpose room with external access so that ASC can make the most of our amazing outdoor grounds

Cost

Full session: £8

3.10 – 4.10 or 4.10 – 5.09 pm £5.

3 for 2 offer. Book two places and then email asc to book the third child.

 

NEW BOOKING SYSTEM FROM Sept 26

To secure the booking sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via PARENT PAY.

There is always a trained first aider on duty and staff have a list of medical information, including allergies.

Staffed by TAs from our school.

Please ensure that we know which adult is picking up in advance to avoid any confusion.

If we are not sure then we will not release the child until we have spoken to someone with parental responsibility.

 

Lunch time and After School Clubs – Everyone welcome!

During the school year our dedicated staff also organise blocks of after school enrichment activities. These include: Urdd, dance, football, netball, hockey, minecraft, coding, animation and many many more.

If there are any other clubs you would like, speak to your school Parliament representative or a teacher. If there is enough interest then we could include it as a new club.

There are also regular privately run clubs such as dance with Katie (KC dance), Milittlepad (minecraft) and Bricks for Kids (Lego club). Often there is a charge for these.

Prior to a club starting a Schoop is sent out with booking information.

 

Summer Holiday Food and Fun Club

Every year we apply to Welsh Government to run a Food and Fun Summer Holiday Club for the first three weeks of the summer holidays.

It runs Monday – Thursday 9 – 1 pm and includes free activities, breakfast, snack and lunch.

Each day there is a physical activity and a nutrition activity that the children must engage with to secure their place.

Places are limited so early booking is advised. Sessions booked cannot be moved sorry. When booking you must make a note of dates booked.

If your child is ill you must inform us by 9 am so that we know that your child is safe.

Please note:

Welsh Government policy is that if you cancel two sessions then you may lose any remaining sessions.

We must know of any dietary or allergy changes in advances.
